Potters by trade, Jon and Jan Brieger have been crafting pottery by hand and selling their work at Brieger Pottery on the square in Blanco, Texas since the mid ’80’s. Now, both the pottery shop and cafe are located in the building that originally housed the town’s hardware store, and Redbud Cafe opens onto the pottery shop – right next door.
