Simply Delicious

Potters by trade, Jon and Jan Brieger have been crafting pottery by hand and selling their work at Brieger Pottery on the square in Blanco, Texas since the mid ’80’s. Now, both the pottery shop and cafe are located in the building that originally housed the town’s hardware store, and Redbud Cafe opens onto the pottery shop – right next door.

Redbud Cafe was born in 2009 when two working potters decided Blanco needed a place to gather — and the Hill Country hasn't stopped showing up since.

I really liked this cafe because of great selection of beers, awesome servers and great ambience. The happy hours have great deals and in weekend you might find some live music performance. It's a big place. I plan on going there again.
